List of fees
Harrogate Landlord Services may charge the following permitted payments in connection with a residential tenancy:
- Interest on late rent at 3% above the Bank of England base rate, where the legal conditions for charging it are met.
- Reasonable costs, losses, damages or compensation resulting from a breach of the tenancy, where recoverable.
Client money protection
Harrogate Landlord Services is not a member of a client money protection scheme because we let only property for which we are the landlord.
Redress scheme
Harrogate Landlord Services is not a member of a property-agent redress scheme because we do not manage property for other landlords.
