Below is a list of fees which Harrogate Landlord Services may charge in connection with a residential tenancy.
List of Fees
Interest on late rent – 3% above Bank of England base rate
Other tenancy default – costs, losses, damages or compensation as a result of the breach
Client Money Protection
Harrogate Landlord Services is not a member of a client money protection scheme as we only have property for which we are the landlord.
Redress Scheme
Harrogate Landlord Services is not a member of a redress scheme because we don’t manage property for others.
